Systems Integrator

Job Purpose

responsible for the design, development, testing and key user training of the business software that drives business process automation. This role uses systems integration skills, business knowledge, and business software and technology solution expertise to effectively integrate technology into the client’s business environment in order to achieve client-expected business results.

Reports to

Direct Team Leader

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Projects:

  • Involved in the design, development, testing and training of various applications, web interfaces, databases and custom reports
  •  Translate client business requirements into a system design
  • Propose innovative solutions to specific client issues
  • Work to exact project timelines and delivery requirements
Change Requests

Design and develop changes that aim to enhance client’s existing interfaces and solutions.

Support

Provide support, including researching and resolving functional system problems, unexpected results or process flaws, recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet client’s requirements.

Personal Development

Maintain awareness of current trends with a focus on product and service development as well as the application of business software and technology solutions.

Internal Operations

Involved in internal projects that aim to enhance internal business processes and overall performance.

Administration:

Perform administrative tasks as per company’s internal policies and procedures.
Education and Experience

Education
  • BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  •  Experience and knowledge of declarative and object-oriented programming languages is required.
  • Experience and knowledge in system’s integrations.
  •  Programming experience with SAP software solutions.
    • ABAP
    • SAP UI5
    • Fiori
    • SAP BTP
    • SAP Build
  • Basic knowledge and experience with SAP modules like Finance, Logistics, HR/Payroll will be considered an advantage.
  • Any knowledge or experience on the following will be considered as an advantage.
  • APIs and web services
  • ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#.Net, Java
  • HTML, CSS, AJAX, JQuery, JavaScript
