Key Responsibilities:
  • System Monitoring – Logs, Work Process overview, Lock Entries, Updates, Background Jobs, System Health Check. Ensures healthy system performance
  • Support Upgrades, New Installations, Patches, and coworkers with the global SAP Basis Technology Team
  • Monitoring overall SAP platform health and support for 1st and 2nd level
  • Maintain and Improve system monitors to ensure System Performance
  • Involved with Functional teams to improve system health
  • Coordinate status for escalations and communications to senior leaders
  • Incident Management – Be able to troubleshoot issues from SAP including work process monitoring, logs, OSS notes, Performance Analysis, and participant to ensure a complete root cause analysis

Knowledge & Skills Summary required:
  • Solid experience in terms of problem-solving and performance troubleshooting with strong analytical background
  • Enterprise-wide business applications with a deep technological application infrastructure awareness
  • Experience in crafting domain-specific IT strategy, planning, and execution across Technology stack for SAP ECC. BW, SAP HANA, SLD, PI/PO, WebDispatcher, Solution Manager, and Cloud Platform Products
  • Strong Technical Knowledge and experience in all aspects of SAP Basis, Netweaver on HANA, and ASE DB
  • Good knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux)
